Location: Bel Air Athletic Club in Bel Air, MD
Time: 5k @ 8:30 AM, 1 Mile Walk begin immediately after the 5k begins

Join us for our 4th Annual Living For Livi Running Festival- A Race for Mase on Sunday, May 7th from 8:30am to 11:00am for a fun filled day as we run to raise funds for Mason Howell and his family. Funds for the event will go to Mason’s family as they provide Mason the help he needs to fight cancer for the 2nd time. Mason was first diagnosed with ALL ( Acute Lymphoblastic Leukmia) at the age of 5. Now 11, Mason is battling ALL again.

This is an all ages event! We encourage all forms of athletes to participate.  You can choose to run, jog, walk, or push a stroller.  We want everyone to come out and be a part of our Race for Mase!

Be sure to stick around for the post-race festival including activities for the kids and a silent auction!

Entry Fees:

5k
$25 from February 1 to February 28 ($15 for kids 10 & under)
$30 from March 1 to March 31 ($20 for kids 10 & under)
$35 from April 1 to May 6 ($25 for kids 10 & under)
$40 on race day ($30 for kids 10 & under)

1 Mile Walk
$25 from February 1 to May 6 ($15 for kids 10 & under)
$30 on race day ($25 for kids 10 & under)

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Course:

STROLLER FRIENDLY!

The race will start at the Bel Air Athletic Club and travel on paved roads to meet up with the gravel Ma & Pa Trail. Runners do an out-and-back trip on the trail before returning to the Athletic Club for the finish. The entire route is on firm surfaces suitable for strollers!

Awards:

• Top 3 male and female runners in each of the following age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+

Amenities:

All participants who register by April 17th are guaranteed to receive an event T-shirt. Shirts cannot be guaranteed to those registering after April 17th. Participants also receive an event bag and a Race for Mase Finishers Medal! This is a timed race this year!

Post-Race Festival:

After the Run comes the festival.  Lots of fun activities for little ones, so please consider bringing the whole family.  We will have food and refreshments (bagels, snacks, bananas, water and juices).  In addition, DJ’s of Choice will keep the party going, Kona Ice will be on site along with; face painting, balloon animals and a craft area provided by Creative Cow, and activities provided by My Gym and Challenge Island!

Parking:

Plenty of race parking is available in the Bel Air Athletic Club lots. Please follow the direction of parking attendants as you arrive.

Packet Pickup:

Packets will be available for pickup on Saturday, May 6th (time TBD) in the Backyard Kids entrance of the Bel Air Athletic Club. Packets will also be available on race day from 7:30-8:15 at the Athletic Club.

Due to time constraints on Sunday, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to pick up your packet on Saturday!
