• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Race Purpose: To benefit the Standard of Flexibility Foundation raising awareness on injury prevention to teenage athletes.  Our Mission Statement/other info:  The Standard of Flexibility Foundation is a not for profit organization that brings awareness to the prevention of repetitive motion injuries with proper flexibility training. We train teams, individuals and hold in school programs at no cost. We fund research projects to prove what types of training is most effective.  Awards: Top Overall male and female; Top male and female in each age group.  Amenities: Camp Olympic 5K Course, t shirt, refreshments, water station, and great prizes for both individual and top teams.  Entry: 5K - $20 until 4/7, $25 until 5/6, $30 Race Day; Untimed 1 Mile Run/Walk - $10 until 4/7, $15 until 5/6, $20 Race Day.
