6th Annual Miracle League of Mass 5k ~ Results
- 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
- Join us on Sunday June 11, 2017 for the 6th Annual Miracle League of Massachusetts 5k! This event raises funds to provide a safe, fun and accessible environment where children with cognitive, behavioral and/or physical challenges can play baseball at no cost to their families. This is an all inclusive event, and all runners & walkers are invited to join us to participate in the 5k. For 2017, we have also adjusted our fully accessible race course to moderate the hills. Shirts will go to the first 100 people registered. Online entry fees are $25 for an individual, or $60 for a family of up to four (plus processing fees). Race day entry will be $30 / $75. Please stick around after the race and join us for the Miracle League FunFest which includes live music from Bare Hill Band, food trucks, carnival games and more. The course is fully paved and accessible to all. Those pushing athletes in wheelchairs and strollers are encouraged to join us. The race both starts and ends adjacent to The Joseph Lalli Miracle Field. Much of your time will be spent inside of scenic NARA Park. • Simply drive up Quarry Road and look for the signs.
Awards
The first overall Male and Female finishers will receive a trophy. In addition, the top three finishers in male and female categories (10-19, 20-29, etc . . .) will receive medals.
T-shirts
The first 100 registered runners will receive a free race T-shirt
Number Pick Up
Numbers will be available for pick up on the morning of the race beginning at 8 AM on the Joseph Lalli Miracle Field. Runners are strongly encouraged to pick up numbers by 9:45 AM to ensure a timely start to the race.
Family Fun Fest
All runners are encouraged to stick around for our post race awards and Family Fun Fest, with music from The Bare Hill Band, great food from food trucks and Ben & Jerry's, pony rides, bouncy houses, carnival games and more.
