The Run For It 5k was born out of TWLOHA's desire to connect with our local community, share the message of hope and help in a new way, and take steps toward health, healing, and recovery. Weve also learned that exercise can play a big part in improving mood and providing a sense of accomplishment to those struggling with depression and anxiety.
