Steel Strides 5K for MDA...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

2017 marks the 6th anniversary of the Steel Strides 5K for MDA run!  The course will run through the beautiful Mt Laurel off Highway 280 in Birmingham.  The course is great for all run experience from beginner to advanced.  

The run is a family-friendly atmosphere and we invite everyone to come and enjoy the day!  

All participants will receive a TEK shirt for participating in the event.

Funding raised through the event will be used to fund research for Spinal Muscular Atrophy through the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

8:00 AM - Check-In/Registration

9:00 AM - Run Begins

10:30 AM - Awards Ceremony

After Party - Immediately after the awards ceremony

PARKING:

Parking will be availabe on the left side of the town square.  Parking signs will be visible.

START POINT/CHECK-IN:

The start point will be behind the fire station on the left side of the town square. 

There will be fun, food, and music!  We everyone to come out and enjoy the event and cheer on participants of the 5th annual Steel Strides 5K for MDA!
