The 3rd Annual Live Like Jake 5k Run/Walk is a chip timed 5k race and 1mile walk at Abacoa in Jupiter, FL. It is a flat, fast course.  A great way to get your early morning exercise.

5K Run and 5K Walk - Includes a performance shirt (MUST REGISTER BY 4/1/17), finisher medal (first 750 regisered) and race day goodie bag (first 500 to pick up).

5K Run- must be able to complete the course in under 45 minutes

5K Walk - must be able to complete in under one hour

There will be awards given to the Overall, Masters & Grandmasters Male & Female winners. In addition, there will be 5 year age group awards starting with 9 & under going up to 70 & older.

 1 Mile Family Walk - Live Like Jake bracelet included

Biggest team (can consist of 5K runners and walkers, 1 mile individual walkers and sleep in donors) awarded trophy and race day recognition. As well as award and race day recognition for the biggest fundraiser.

Music, refreshments, goodie bags, kids 100 yard dash, and much more.  

• Race Day Registration starts at 6:00 am

• 5K Race Start Time: 7:00 a.m.

• Kids 100 yard dash 7:55 am

• 1 Mile Family Walk 8:00 am

• Awards 8:45 am
