Dallas Dash...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Dallas First United Methodist Church is hosting our annual Dallas Dash on Saturday, May 13, 2017.   The Dallas Dash is a 5K road race and 1 mile fun run on the Silver Comet Trail.  This event helps to raise money to support the efforts of River of Life.  River of Life is an annual event held in June where youth and adults come together to help the local community with home improvements, special service projects, and provide fellowship to those in need in and around Paulding County.  Special projects include building wheel chair ramps, repairing roofs, performing miscellaneous home repairs, etc.

 The Dallas Dash is an out and back course that will begin and end at the Hiram trailhead of the Silver Comet Trail (Seaboard Ave. behind Home Depot)....FAST and FLAT!

 Online registration open until May 1, 2017. Race day registration available.

Awards:

 Fun Run: Awards will be given to all participants of the Fun Run

 5K: Overall- Male & Female, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Age Groups, Male & Female: 10-Under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25- 29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-over.

Packet pick-up will begin at 7:15am on race day, May 13, 2017
