Join us to help erase the stigma surrounding mental health treatment. It's far too common to hear of people who delayed getting the help they need because of the embarrassment in asking for assistance. Our mental health is as important as our physical health! Help us break down the walls and encourage open communication about mental health. And do something good for your physical health as well! This event is open to runners and walkers. See you there!

Event details and schedule

RUNNERS/ WALKERS of all ages will compete in a 3.1 mile fun run/walk. All money raised will go toward supporting families and/or individuals that are currently in crisis due to mental illness.

AWARDS will be given to 1st - 3rd place in Male and Female categories and 1st place Male and Females in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.

COST $25.00 includes event t-shirt. Cost goes up $5 day of event.

Registration begins 7:30 a.m., Race starts 9 a.m. with festivities after. • We are pet and baby friendly. • Refreshments and snacks will be available.
