• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Angel Warriors Foundation 5K Run/Walk will be through the beautiful Veteran's Park in Alabaster, AL.  Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.  All event proceeds will go towards the Foundation for hosting fun activities for families and a new design for a Miracle Field.  The Angel Warriors Foundation exists to help nurture individuals with special needs and multiple disabilities, so that they may realize their full potential and build their futures

Event Schedule:

7:00 a.m. –  Packet Pickup
7:00 a.m. –  On Site - Day of registration opens
7:45 a.m. –  On Site - Day of registration closes
8:00 a.m. -   5K begins
9:00 a.m. - Awards Ceremony/Post Race Vendor Expo

Registration Information: Register online through this site.  If you miss the online deadline you can register on race morning from 7:00 a.m. - 7:45a.m. at Veteran’s Park. NOTE: Race packets and official race-timing are not guaranteed for day-of registrants.

Run/Walk Policy: Registration is required for the 5K Run/Walk. The Angel Warriors Foundation 5k Run/Walk are open to runners and walkers of all abilities. There is no age limit for the 5K. There is a 1 hour time limit for the 5K.

Participant Amenities and Packet Pick-up: All registered 5K participants will receive an official race packet. Race packets, along with race numbers, can be picked up as early as 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Race day registration will end PROMPTLY at 7:45a.m. for the 5K. To avoid any delays or problems, we encourage you to register early. Shirts are only guaranteed for pre-registrants.  

Awards: Overall awards will include top three male and female. Top finisher awards are in each age group and by gender as follows: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. The 5K Awards Ceremony will take place about 10 a.m. in Veteran’s Park.

Parents are entirely responsible for their children and family members. 

Strollers and baby joggers are allowed; however, for safety reasons, we ask that you start in the back of the pack, regardless of whether you are walking or running.
 
T-Shirt – Race Registration includes a t-shirt. Sizes NOT guaranteed after 5/22/17.

All registered participates will have access to race results online.
