- Join us on October 15, 2017 @ 8AM for the 3rd Annual BREAKAWAY 5K & Fun Run in McLean, VA! Serving clients and the community for 16 years, BREAKAWAY Fitness promotes health and wellness for youth and adults of all fitness levels. All proceeds from the race will benefit two local non-profit organizations: Life with Cancer which provides information and support, all free of charge, to those impacted by this life-changing experience; and the Eric Monday Foundation which strives to help remove the stigma associated with mential health issues through the promotion of the sport of wresting.

USATF certified and timed 5K course with awards for top finishers. The 5K race will be timed by Commonwealth Race Management and will be electronically timed using the ChronoTrack B disposable tag system. Results will be available immediately after the race and will be posted on prraces.com.
