Come and test your endurance while supporting our aquatics, track, and athletic programs at Santa Maria High School with our 1st ever Rise Up and TRI Saints Sprint Triathlon. Whether you want to test your limits yourself or have some fun with friends as you work together to compete as a team, this race is good for everyone! The triathlon features a scenic course through Santa Maria, with a 350 yard pool swim, a flat and fast 6 mile bike ride, and a 5k run! The kids triathlon features a 50 yard swim, 2 mile bike ride, and a half mile run. This is sure to be a race you will never forget! Your registration includes a free event T-shirt! Finish the course and receive a finisher medal! Awards for 1st and 2nd place of each category.

Categories include:

Male: 14-17, 18-24, 25-32, 33-39, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70+

Female: 14-17, 18-24, 25-32, 33-39, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70+

Kids: 6-8, 9-10, 11-13

Event details and schedule

The 5k run will start at 7:45am in front of Santa Maria High School on Stowell Road. The Triathlon will start with the swim at 8:15am in the pool at Santa Maria High School. The biking will take place on Stowell road and will be a flat and fast ride to Black road, then turn around and come back. The run will begin where the bike ends and will take place on Stowell road going down to Blosser road and back. The kids Triathlon will start at 9:45am in the pool. 

Packet pick up for the 5k run will be 7:15am-7:40

Packet pick up for the triathlon will be 7:30-8:10
