1st Annual Walk For Life 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

It gives me great pleasure to introduce my 1st Annual Walk for Life 5K. I suffer from high blood pressure (hbp) and I have decided to not only take a stance and fight against (hbp) but diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, autism, lupus, kidney disease, obesity, MS (multiple sclerosis), ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Parkinson’s disease, dementia, depression, mental health........ you name it we are walking/running against it on May 20th 2017. We all know that our children are our future so let’s be around long enough to see our kids lead us into a bright future. The proceeds from this year’s 5K will go to the Southeastern Regional Medical Center’s Pediatric Department in Lumberton, NC. If you don’t walk for yourself, do it for a family member or friend.
