Pre-entry postmarked by Monday May 15, 2017 - $20. Online until May 19 at 11:59 pm.

Race day - $30 until 9:45 am. NO BABY STROLLERS OR BABY JOGGRS ALLOWED

Course:

4 miles out and back loop through and around the beautiful trails and roads of Forest Park. Start and finish on the track at Victory Field. Splits 1,2,& 3 miles. Multiple water stations. Baggage at check in.

Refreshments

Bagels, Apples, Bananas, Water & Gatorade.

Awards:

$100 +Trophy - First Male and Female Overall

$75 + Trophy - Second Male and Female Overall

$50 + Trophy - Third Male and Female Overall

Trophies to top 3 Males and Females in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59, 60-69, 70+. NO DUPLICATION OF AWARDS.

Guaranteed to all pre-registrants. While supply lasts for race day entrants.

Raffles

Gifts and gift certificates will be raffled off at the end of the race. Winners must be present.
