• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Course:  Starting on Church Street, including a segment of the bike path, looping around East Field with some longer straightaways. Mostly flat and fast! And a big hit with both the young and the young-at-heart, three waterstops!

NEW THIS YEAR! Gender-specific Cotton T-shirts to the first 100 registrants, who register by May 10TH! Women's, Men's and Children's sizes too!

Race day registration and packet pick up begin at 7:30am

ALSO: 1/2 Mile Run for children. In lieu of entry fee, a donation to the St. Mary’s food pantry is appreciated. Ribbons to all participants.

Directions to SMSA School: Start/Finish at SMSA. From the famous Glens Falls Roundabout, take Ridge St. North to a right on Maple St., Church St. is on the right. (No Parking will be available on Church St.) Parking is available on Maple, Pearl and Warren Sts, or behind the St. Mary’s Church.
