Have you ever wanted to run a 5K but didn't know where to start? We're here to help you achieve your goal of beginning to run your first 5K. This nine week class will start with walk-run intervals that will take you to the finish line of a 5K ? with guided runs from Katie Cooper; RRCA Running Coach and certified personal trainer, step-by-step running plans and support from fellow participants you will be ready for the Y of the North Shore Gloucester Fiesta Race on June 22nd!
