Run the Ridge 5K and 1K Run/Walk is organized by Right Fit Sport Fitness Wellness, and designed for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.  

 Join over 600 race participants in the 13th year of this 5K/1K community event.  All net proceeds from both runs will benefit ProActive Kids (PAK), an organization assisting with childhood obesity.

The 13th Annual Run the Ridge brings together the residents of Burr Ridge and surrounding communities to participate in fun, healthy events to kick off the summer. Right Fit has organized a team of generous sponsors to offer every participant a morning of action packed and healthy famiy activties that takes place in the heart of Burr Ridge.

What a great way to bring people together around a common goal - health and wellness! Tell your friends, family, and colleagues to come out for a morning Run, Jog or Walk to support ProActive Kids Foundation.

All net proceeds from both runs will benefit ProActive Kids (PAK), an organization assisting with childhood obesity. ProActive Kids Foundation (PAK) has made it their mission to fight the childhood obesity crisis by providing programs that focus on fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. 

The race is organized by Right Fit Sport Fitness Wellness. Right Fit is committed to providing comprehensive and inclusive fitness, sports performance, and wellness programs that teach the benefits of proper posture, daily exercise, efficient movement patterns and balanced nutrition as essential parts of a healthy lifestyle to youth and adults of all ages, as well as people with impaired motor skills, physical and mental challenges
