Pound the Pavement 5k & 10k...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

This will be flatter and faster than just about any other 5k or 10k!  If you are looking for a PR, you can get it here, all while helping to supplort the local community.  All proceeds will be donated to local non-profit activities.

Parking will be at the Sunderland Elementary School, 1 Swampfield Dr., Sunderland, MA.

0700 Registration (Same day registration is available, pay by cash, check, or credit card,  but shirts are guaranteed only to pre-registered runners)
