Run For Your Buns...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The 4th annual Run For Your Buns 5K walk/run is a family-friendy race promoting colon cancer awareness and net proceeds from the event are provided to the Altru Health Foundation Colon Cancer Initiative as funds to be used for patients who cannot afford colonoscopies to screen for colon cancer. 

The 5K race begins and ends at Lincoln Park in Grand Forks, ND. It follows the Greenway to the turn around point near downtown Grand Forks. The Greenway has beautiful scenery in June with the trees in full bloom.

A large inflatable colon will be at the finish line and poses a great back drop for conversation, colon cancer education and photo opportunities.

Saturday: June 10, 2017

6:30-7:30 am: Race Day Registration (check or cash only)

6:30-7:30 am: Packet Pick-up

7:50 am: Pre-race announcements

8:00 am: Race starts

9:15 am (approximately): Race awards and raffle drawings (must be present to win)

NOTE: Race SWAG and medals for the first 500 registered.
