Joint Base Lewis-McChord is hosting our Annual Down 'n' Dirty Mud Run on 13 May 2017. Check out our reinvented course with signature obstacles! Runners beware, you WILL get Dirty. With over 3 Miles of mud, waterholes, dirt walls, low crawls, and more; you’re sure to leave this event with a smile and memories to last a lifetime.

Ever think about participating in the famous “Tough Mudder” but don’t want to pay the registration cost, or not quite sure if you can do it? Try our low-cost Down 'n' Dirty Mud Run and obstacle course! This event will feature many different obstacles’ but here are just a few examples; The Down-Low Crawl, Slippery Slope, Mucky Bars, Off-Road Tire Trail, and the Murky Plunge. This is much more than your average run/obstacle course! Enjoy Selfie Booths, Sponsorship events, and Giveaways!  Dressing up is ALWAYS encouraged! Chances to win awesome prizes just by signing up and a Down 'n' Dirty Mud Party isn’t complete without music. DJ Jen will be spinning the tunes while you wait for your heat or spectate. Register early for cheaper prices and a guaranteed shirt and custom finisher medal! This is an event you can’t afford to miss!

Registration gives optional start times of 9am/10am/11am 

Packet pickup starts at 7am

Ages 14 and younger must run with an adult

Start and Finish will be at Soldiers Field House just off of Pendleton on 2nd Division Ave. on JBLM-Lewis Main. 

Civilians wishing to participate- please look into the 2005 Real ID Act. You must have an approved form of ID in order to access the Installation. If you have a friend/family member who can sponsor you onto the installation (drive you through the gate and to the event) then you may access the Installation with a general Washington ID. Last day to register and be vetted for individual access is 10 May 2017.
