_ 2017 Capital Stampede 10K Run:

To pre-register, complete entry form by June 9 and send, with check payable to Central Vermont Runners, to Shannon Salembier, 23 Pleasant St., Montpelier, VT 05602. Race day registration at the Onion River Sports parking lot off Landgon St on race day, 7:45 - 8:45 am.

Gift certificate prizes to top 3 male and female finishers overall. Prizes to top finishers in age divisions. Food and raffle prizes as well.

Course Info

Flat and fast, out and back course. Half pavement, half dirt. Water stops at approximately 2 and 4 miles. USATF certified. Please no headsets or baby joggers.
