Fallen Heroes Memorial 5K

• 15th Annual Fallen Heroes Memorial 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

 - 15th Annual Fallen Heroes Memorial 5K. We invite all runners/ walkers. We also have a 1 mile run/walk. Kids races too on the sand right after the race. Great prizes, barbecue and beverages after the race at Bar A. Bagpipers, DJ. Use of Cabanas for sponsors. Medals for each age bracket and for the kids as well. Saturady September 9th at 9:30 am at Bar A in Lake Como. Start and finish at bar A. Masssages before and after, bagels, fruit before. Yogurt after along with plenty of water. 

Long sleeve t shirts to the first 750 registered.

All proceeds will be donated to Rebuildsing Warriors - Saving Warriors One Dog at a Time. 

Flat course that runs through lake Como, Belmar and Spring Lake around the lake up to the ocean and back again to finish at Bar A. Certfied course with the USATF.

Garden State Parkway to exit 98 to highway 138 into Belmar. Right on 16th Ave at the first traffic light off 138. Straight to bar A on 16th Ave. Parking lots available.
