Grub for Good 5K Fun Run/Walk...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Start your Saturday off right, and join local nonprofit Rock Recovery for a scenic 5k fun run (or walk!) through the mall and a post-run social. All fitness levels are welcome, and this is an untimed event that is centered around raising funds and awareness for people struggling with eating disorders. Proceeds from the event will support Rock Recovery's mission and help individuals struggling with disordered eating exercise and body image issues.

When: Saturday, June 17th, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (check-in opens at 9:30 AM)

Where: Potomac River Running, 919 F St NW Washington, DC

Cost: $15 for all registrations made by May 17th at midnight. Prices go up to $20 on May 18th. Register early before prices go up!

*Cost includes registration, raffle entry, and happy hour food and drink specials at the post-run social event.

10:00 - 10:10  AM: Welcome and quick talk from Rock Recovery 

10:10 AM: Fun run begins

10:45 - 12:30 PM: Post-run happy hour with food and drink specials

Potomac River Running is one block from the Chinatown Metro, and street parking is available (but somewhat scare!) nearby.
