Calling All Runners!

Join us for the new and improved Montauk Mile! The East Hampton High School Varsity Cross Country Team is raising money to bring the team to Florida this fall to run in the FLrunners.com Invitational in September.

In order to raise money for this trip, the Cross Country Team is organizing the Montauk Mile: a 1-mile Road Race to take place on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 12:00pm. This is a fun run! We will start at the Montauk Train Station and run up Flamingo Road and Edgemere Street to the Montauk Movie Theater (now Soulcycle).

The entry fee is $25 in advance, $30 on race day for adults 21 and over. $15 in advance, $20 on race day for those under 21. We will have a Men's Race and a Women's Race. The entry fee for those 21 and over includes a limited-edition t-shirt, a pint of beer, and pizza and/or bagels.

(Please contact the race organizers directly if you would like to put together a "team" to compete in the race--we will offer a 10% discount on team entries).

The Men's Winner and the Women's Winner will each receive a one-of-a-kind trophy. 2nd and 3rd place in Men's and Women's will receive medals.

Raffle tickets for some wonderful prizes and other goodies will be available for sale at the Finish Line.
