Don's Dash and Dip...

 Are you tired of the same old 5K?  Looking for something new and exciting?  Step off the beaten path to help bring awareness to the dangers of melanoma, and to raise funds to support melanoma education and prevention at Don's Dash and Dip.  The Dash, which starts at Seibert Park Stadium in Camp Hill, offers something for everyone.  Consisting of a combination of track, trail and road running, the course is primarily flat with some rolling hills among the beautiful scenery of Seibert Park and charming Camp Hill Borough neighborhoods. Beginning at the stadium, participants will run a lap around the track, then join up with a short section of trail in Seibert Park, continue on through the quiet streets of Camp Hill Borough, and return to Seibert Park. After truimphantly crossing the finish line, you are invited to celebrate with us by taking a dip in the Camp Hill Pool, located next to the stadium.  Food, music, and fun from 8:00 -10:00 p.m.!  

Not up for running a 5K?  Consider the 1-mile Fun Run instead! Both events begin and end at Seibert Park Stadium.  All participants are invited to join us for the pool party after the race.

The event begins at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24th.  

Race day registration will be open from 5:45- 6:45 p.m. 

Each participant registered by June 14th will receive a gift bag and t-shirt.  Gift bags and shirts are not guaranteed after June 14th.  

The event will be held rain or shine.
