• 9:45 AM -- Meet your timer
• 9:50 AM -- National anthem
• 9:55 AM -- Final instructions
• 10:00 AM -- Start time
• 12:21:48 PM -- Men's US and world record (2:21:48, Christopher Zablocki of Essex, Connecticut, March 26, 2017, New York NY USA)
• 12:42:30 PM -- Women's world record (2:42:30, Laura Manninen, 43, of Espoo, Finland, March 26, 2017, New York NY USA)
• 12:44:11 PM -- Women's US record (2:44:11, Kate Pallardy of New York City, March 26, 2017, New York NY USA)
• 4:00 PM -- Must finish by 4:00 PM (six hours)
