- Join us for a touch of France in Central Park. This race is inspired by the incredible culture and offerings of France. Come out for a family-friendly event with kids’ races, and celebrate France with a New York twist.
This event offers something for everyone: nearly five French miles in Central Park, along with excellent giveaways including delicious treats, a technical shirt for every registrant, and fantastic prize giveaways where you could win a trip to Paris on Air France!
Live unofficial results are available from New York Road Runners during the race in the NYRR Mobile App. Features include leaderboards, map tracking, and an individual runner search that can be shared on Facebook and Twitter. Tell your friends and family to follow your progress, and because the system works great on mobile devices, you can get unofficial results right after the race!
The eight-kilometer course takes place entirely within Central Park. Check back soon for a course map.
Mile 1: Start on East Drive near East 67th Street and run north, ascending Cat Hill.
Mile 2: Continue along East Drive as you pass the Reservoir on your left.
Mile 3: Pass the 102nd Street Transverse on your left and descend, then ascend Harlem Hill; continue past Lasker Rink.
Mile 4: Run over rolling hills as you head south on West Drive.
Mile 4.97 (8K): Enjoy a downhill, then a flat section. Turn left onto the 72nd Street Transverse and finish just west of Bethesda Terrace.
Numbers (which include your timing tag) and T-shirts may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth avenues) on the following dates:

• Sunday, August 13, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 14, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 15, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, August 16, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, August 17, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 18, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, August 19, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Show the QR code from your race confirmation email or your My NYRR account to pick up your race materials. Please pick up during the week to avoid crowds on race day. Race-day lines may impact your ability to get to the start on time.
On race day, pickup will be at Race-Day Central at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. If you pick up on race day, please be sure to allow yourself enough time to get from Race-Day Central to the start.
Bag check, located at the northern end of Center Road near the Naumburg Bandshell (at approximately 72nd Street, within the park) will be open from 6:30 to 10:00 a.m. on race day.
If you're unable to pick up your materials, a friend or family member can pick up for you; the person will need your QR code (printed or digitally). This policy is in effect only for our weekly races and events, not for the TCS New York City Marathon.
