Coralville's annual 4th Fest celebration kicks off with the 4th Fest 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, July 1, 2017. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely walk with friendly folks, this fun run is for you! Same-day registration will be from 7-7:45 a.m. at the Coralville Recreation Center, and the Run/Walk will begin at 8:00 a.m. The always popular Firecracker Mini-Marathon, which is free for kids up to 8 years old, will be held in the Recreation Center parking lot immediately following the 5K Run/Walk, at approximately 8:45 a.m. Stick around after the rac for light refreshments and the awards ceremony.
