Liam Coastal's mission is to raise cancer awareness as well as donate to the American Cancer Foundation. We also thought it would be a great opportunity to promote healthy living and an athletic lifestyle. We couldn't think of a better place to start than right here in Eastern North Carolina. It is our intention to make the 5k Cancer Awareness Water Splash Dash an annual event that the whole family can enjoy! So whether you're enjoying the 3.1 mile run/walk course, keeping cool by getting sprayed on the way to the finish line, jamming to the tunes of our live DJ, or participating in the post race water balloon fight, you'll be sure to have a blast!

Event details and schedule

Participants should be ready to run/walk at 8:00 am on July 1, 2017 at Union Point Park. Once the last participant crosses the finish line those interested can participate in a celebratory water balloon fight!

***Important Early T-shirt pickup and last chance registration will be held (the day before the race) Friday 6/30/17 at Coastal Sole located at 2122 Trent Blvd New Bern, NC from 4:00 to 7:30 pm. Online registrants can pick up their race packets. PLEASE BRING PICTURE ID
