• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Divisions:  10 and under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+

                         T-SHIRTS TO FIRST 500 REGISTERED.  MUST RUN TO RECEIVE T-SHIRT. SHIRTS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE RELEASED TO VOLUNTEERS  ON RACE DAY. SORRY—NO SEPARATE WALKING RACE. WALKERS ARE WELCOME AND START WITH RUNNERS. COURSE CLOSES AT 9:30 AM ANYONE NOT FINISHED WILL NOT BE SCORED.  WALKERS WILL BE SCORED AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE RUNNERS DIVISIONS. NO REFUNDS ONCE REGISTERED.

   Fees: Postmarked before June 1, 2017 $20.00.  Postmark After June 1, pay $25.00. Race day registration is $30.  Mail paper applications to: Goshen Rotary Club,  P.O. Box 563, Goshen, NY 10924. Make  checks payable to “Goshen Rotary Club”

   Host: This race is hosted by the Goshen Rotary Club - a member of Rotary International. Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who come together to make positive, lasting change in communities at home and abroad.

   Course: Both races start at the same time and place on Green Street. 10K goes to Parkway, Orange Ave., Main St., Craigville Rd., Knoell Rd., Old Chester Rd., back onto South Church St., and finishes in front of the Surrogate Courthouse on Park Place.  The 5k is out and back on Old Chester Road and finishes at the Courthouse.  Find us on Facebook as Goshen 5 & 10K Great American Weekend Road Race.

Bib pick-up and pre-registration on Friday, June 30, 4:30 to 7:00 PM at the Cataract Fire House on Green Street.  Race day registration begins at 6:30 AM at the Cataract Firehouse, Green Street.  Arrive Early to avoid congestion. Parking is limited. Some parking may be available at the Orange County Government Center, Scotchtown Ave. Berkshire Bank lot is closed to parking.

PLEASE REGISTER EARLY TO AVOID RACE DAY CONGESTION AND TO INSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE THE COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRT.

   Awards: Awards will be presented at the courthouse. Trophies  awarded to the top 3 overall males and females in the 5k and 10k events.  Additional awards will be presented three deep in the age divisions.

   Amenities: Finish line refreshments and a food coupon for a free hotdog at the Great American Weekend food tent - courtesy of the Goshen Rotary Club. Present tear-off  bib coupon for your food.
