Lei 5k and Lei Fest Featuring The Rusty Griswolds...

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Race:  Race starts at 8pm.  The event will begin and end at The Mulhauser Barn, 8558 Becket Raod, West Chester, Ohio 45069.  We welcome runners/walkers of all levels and ages!  Technical Shirts to the first 500 registered.  

Chip Timing:  Awards presented to overall Mens & Women's Champion, Male & Female Categories: 12-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49;50-59; 60+

Medals:  It's about the kids; only children 12 and under with a paid entre receive a finisher's medal. 

Packet Pick-up - June 23^rd, 24^th and 25^th, 3-7pm at Mojo Running (8777 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd).

June 26^th, 4-6pm at Mulhauser Barn (8558 Beckett Rd, West Chester, OH)

Lei Fest featuring THE RUSTY GRISWOLDS: Starts at 8:15pm and ends 11:30pm.  Is included for ALL registered runners/walkers.  "Lei Fest Only" tickets are $20 and available to non-registered runners/walkers.  (Lei Fest Party ticket features food, snacks, drinks and low priced beer tickets).  Runs until 11:30pm

Fundraising: There are so many ways to support NFCF.  Raise $100 and receive a "Golden Lei Fast Pass" on your race number to the Beer & Food booths - no waiting in line!  Race night you can take a chance with the Raffle Baskets or Gift Cards.  MAKE DONATIONS PAYALBE TO NEUROSURGERY FITZPATRICK CHIARI FOUNDATION.

Here are some notes and reminders:

8:15pm - 11:30pm                 Lei Fest featuring The Rusty Griswolds (includes music, food, drinks, beer ($4 with Souvenir Cup, $3 refills), wine ($5 for Souvenir Cup, $4 refills), Raffle Basket tickets $20 for an arm’s length and Silent Auction.

• Please pin your assigned race number on the front of your shirt using the pinholes and pins provided

• The start and finish are at The Mulhauser Barn

• Your Race Number is your Entrance Ticket into the Lei Fest after Party

• Your Race Number will get you 10% off your next purchase at Mojo Running during the month of July

• Each participant will receive a glow in the dark flowered Lei necklace 

• “Lei Fest Only” tickets are available for non-registered runners for $25 per person at the door

• Photo ID will be required to receive age appropriate bracelet

• Each registered race participant over the age of 21 will receive 1 complimentary Beverage Ticket –please use the small square tear-off at the bottom of your race number for Beer or Wine
• Each registered race participant will receive a food coupon for 2 slices of LaRosa’s Pizza.  Additionally there will be Einstein Bagel Bros and Frito Lay products for free.

• All non-alcoholic beverages are free. 

• All registered participants age 12 and under will receive a finisher’s medal

• Please be aware of the temperature at this time of year and hydrate properly 

• Cash or Visa/MasterCard will be accepted on site for Race Registrations, Lei Fest Only Tickets, Beer, Wine, Silent Auction and Raffle Basket Tickets

PARKING…….for the Safety of all, Please adhere to the following

ALL parking needs to be at the following location(s) off of Beckett Road and Union Centre Blvd.  There will be Volunteers in neon vests directing traffic – please park to their instructions:

 1.     Beckett Park – Arrival PRIOR to 7:30pm ONLY = location is directly across from the Mulhauser Barn on Beckett Rd next to the Firehouse: Handicap marked parking at this location

 2.     Mulhauser Barn – Arrival PRIOR to 7:30pm ONLY – NO EXIT from this Lot until after 10:00pm!!  Handicap marked parking at this location (NO EXCEPTIONS ON THE EXIT TIME FOR THIS LOCATION!)

 3.     West Chester Baseball Park – ARRIVAL AFTER 7:30pm = Use this Entrance off of Union Centre Blvdacross from the Savannah Centre and go all the way to the back of the park
