Description
- Mount St. Dominic Academy, a private, all-girls college preparatory high school in Caldwell, N.J., will be hosting the 3rd annual MSDA Meghan Doyle ‘05K, a five-kilometer (3.1-mile) run/walk on Saturday, May 13, 2017. New this year, the race has been upgraded to a USA Track & Field (USATF) Grand Prix 500-point race. In addition to the new certification, this year’s event is part of Mount St. Dominic’s 125th Anniversary celebration, a year-long commemoration of the school’s rich history, mission and enduring presence in and contribution to Caldwell and the surrounding communities.

The 2017 MSDA Meghan Doyle ‘05K kicks off at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, and takes place in the neighborhoods surrounding the Mount St. Dominic and Caldwell University campus, featuring the scenic hills of Essex Fells and Caldwell, N.J. With the draw of a rolling hills course and a fast downhill finish, plus the addition of the USATF Grand Prix 500-point certification, this year’s event is expected to attract several hundred returning runners, walkers, strollers, and volunteers.
