Description

It's time for the 2017 ROCK n RUN 5K! This year will be our 5th annual 5K and we are excited to announce that proceeds will be donated to our missions trip in Costa Rica! You will be running, walking, or jogging for much more than just to finish a 5K. For more info and to register visit our 5k page and start training for a great day, fantastic entertainment and a lunch at the end!

Course Info

The course starts and ends at Jeffco Stadium, but mostly runs throughout the community just east of Jeffco Stadium in Lakewood. The course is a fantastic beginning course for the summer as it is quite flat and shaded. The surface is rubber and/or pavement depending on where you are at during the course.

Directions

Just south of 6th ave. on Kipling. Can't miss it, look for the big Jeffco Stadium on the east side of Kipling in Lakewood.
