The 11th annual CROP (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty) 5K and C25K Run takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course in late spring. We start in Macon on the east end of Short Street turning north on Saline-Macon Road to West (Left) on Hack Road, to South (left) on Ford Road to East (left) to finish on Short Street The run / walk will take place on dirt roads open to traffic. There are three hills and a few curves as the course crosses a creek and a stream. This event is Endorsed by the Michigan Council of Physical Fitness. 25% of funds raised go to the Tecumseh Service Club (TSC). The TSC provides rent, utilities and food to those at or below poverty level in Clinton, Britton, Raisin Twp. Tecumseh, Tipton.
