Train to do your first 5K run in the Couch to 5K (C25K) program! Up and Running will provide the training to help you achieve your 5K goal. C25K participants will receive coaching, a weekly e-mail with a training plan, a shirt and a $10 coupon for shoes at Up and Running. This group is for the beginning runner.
