Come join us for the 2017 Syracuse Friends and Family 5K Presented by IRONMAN! This is a true cross country run containing some paved, some gravel and lots of dirt/grass. It is a two loop course where athletes will run through the fields at Jamesville Beach as well as along the stream feeding into Jamesville Reservoir. There will be one aid station at the halfway point with water.*This is an untimed fun run event.
