- Description
An 8 week Running Club for Parents and Kids!! This program offers an opportunity for parents and kids alike to learn and talk about basics for health and wellness as well as learn some running basics. This course is an opportunity for parents and kids to do something healthy together.
Lessons are as follows:
Classes will begin on June 5th from 4:30pm to 5:30pm
at 31 Arbor Way.
All levels of ability are welcomed, just a desire to run and learn. Ages: 4th grade and up.
The cost of program is $10.00

Each class will consist of 20 minutes of interactive discussion and information and then 40 minutes of running/walking training.
