The 2017 Dash 10K ::

• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

Racers will take on the fast and flat 10K course on the C&O Tow Path. 

The Dash 10K packet pickup will be available the morning of the race. The Dash 10K is a timed event.

10K race starts -8:00am

Registration Fees:

Dash 5K Registration- $30 thru 5/31, $35 thru 7/1 and $40 thru 7/15

Team Registration:

Team Captains: Click “Register Now” and select the Team Captain category to create your team.

Team Members: Click “Register Now”, choose the Team Member category and select you team name from the drop down list to register

Cancellation Policy:

Capital Sprints does not offer refunds, rollovers, credits or transfers at anytime. All registrations are final.
