Mexico Beach Sandy Shoes 5K Fun Run...

Best Blast on the Beach is our Independence Day Celebration and it's outstanding!  The day begins bright and early on Friday, July 4^th with our Sandy Shoes 5k Fun Run at Under the Palms Park on 7th Street in beautiful Mexico Beach, FL.  All ages are invited to participate in this family fun event.  Come out with the kids and pets and enjoy this great start to the July 4^th weekend.  A very easy course that will allow any stage of runner to enjoy.  Water stations along the road are route markers and spirited volunteers and onlookers will be cheering on each racer as they cross the finish line.  This race will be a timed event. 

Registration is now open and will close on June 30, 2017.  All paid runners will receive a race day t-shirt.  Race packet pickup will be available on July 2 and July 3 from 10am till 3pm, each day. Pick up packets at the Mexico Beach Civic Center, located at 105 N. 31st Street.  Day of race pickup will be from 6:00am till 6:45am.  Please know that all times are in CT. Race starts at 7:00am.
