TriToFinish - Team One Wine Run Bad Axe...

Team One Credit Union and Tri To Finish are teaming up to bring you the Team One Wine Run/Walk to Bad Axe during the Hatchet Festival to help promote the great things that the area has to offer! This 5k walk/run will begin and end at the Bad Axe City Park in the heart of historic Bad Axe. A glass of wine awaits all (age 21 and older) participants after they complete their run/walk.  Proceeds from this year's event will benefit the Bad Axe Soccer Association!

Instead of heading right home after work why not relieve your work-day stress with a relaxing evening of wine, snacks, friends…oh, and a little exercise! Take advantage of this awesome event to get outside and have some fun.

Course Description

The Team One Wine Run is a USATF-sanctioned 5k course that begins and ends at Bad Axe City Park.  The route leads participants South on Hanselman, East on Soper, South on Silver, West on Thompson along the airport, making a turn to the East at Bad Axe Road thus remaining on Thompson then turning North on Skinner Street, West on Liberty, North on Patterson Street, East on Carolyn Street then North on Hanselman to the finish line. The route is flat, providing a great backdrop for both the competitive and leisurely runners and walkers!

• Wednesday, July 12th from 4:00-6:00 at Team One Credit Union of Bad Axe
• Thursday, July 13th, 2017 from 4:45-5:30 PM at Bad Axe City Park

T-Shirts 

Event-specific T-shirts are guaranteed ONLY to those who register online before Noon on Monday, July 3rd! All registrants after that date/time will be provided with a TriToFinish t-shirt if event-specific shirts are unavailable on site. 

*Note:  Please keep in mind that Ladies Cut shirts generally run smaller than standard unisex t-shirts as they are designed to be somewhat form fitting.  If unsure, ladies may select a "Unisex" shirt that is a standard fit for men and women.  Participants will receive the size and type of shirt ordered.  Exchanges will be unavailable.

Times and Timing: 

The 5K Run/Walk events will be timed by Miller Race Management in accordance with USATF sanctioning requirements.  

Awards

Top 3 Overall Fastest 5k Male and Female (chip timed actual) 

All participants 21 years of age and older will receive an etched wine glass and 2 wine tastings in the event tent upon completion of their event!  (Please note:  ID required to receive wine glass and wine tasting tickets) 

Appetizers will also be available after the race in the event tent at Bad Axe City Park.

Results

Results will be displayed at the event and will be posted at TRITOFINISH.COM within 48 hours of race completion.

** Online Registration closes at Midnight, Monday, July 10^th, 2017.  After that, ALL registrations will be completed on-site at late registration/packet pickup at the increased rate of $33 ($18 seniors).

NOTE:  This year, TriToFinish and Team One Credit Union are covering the Active.com fee for registration! Go ahead and register online!  The price you see is the price you pay 

Refund Policy 

We completely understand that plans change and runners will sometimes be unable to compete in an event they've signed up for.  Unfortunately, refunds will not be provided for any event unless the event is cancelled for some reason. 

Should a runner have an injury or other medical issue keeping them from competing in an event they've registered for then we would be happy to transfer their registration to a similar event up to and including the same event the following season. 

Transferring registrations to other runners is NOT allowed.
