Sierra-Cascade Adventure Racing Sports presents The Napa Valley Stomp Trail Run at Skyline Wilderness Park on September 27, 2008. The course features beautiful rolling hills with climbs along oak-covered trails with great views of Napa Valley and the surrounding hills. The run is named after the olde-world style grape stomp for which Vintners prepared the harvested grapes for processing. Following the race you can visit
[br]all the famous Vineyards of Napa. The course will be mostly single-track with some double-track trails. The 5k trail run is ideal for trail runners looking for a shorter distance event. The 10k is great for intermediate and advanced runners, and the 12 marathon will be a scenic and challenging course with some longer ascents and descents.
