Medal In A 5K EVER!...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

If you are ready to take on a 3.1 miile (5K) to beat the heat for the largest BLING finisher's medal in HISTORY then this is the event for you and your friends. Join us on Saturday, July 22, 2017, with a 5K run or walk beginning at 9 a.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater where the run will begin and end. All registered participants will receive the AWESOME BLING CLOCK finisher's medal, event shirt, and a Buffalo Wild Wings sampler with free beer for everyone over 21. The 5K is electronically scored so wear your assigned bib number on the front of your shirt. Times ARE not posted at the venue so that we can maintain our very non competitive crowd, however, we will give awards to the first 25 males and first 25 females to cross the finish line. If you're handed a top finisher's card bring it inside to our post race awards party and we'll present your award to you. Of course we always bring a few extra for those who anticipate an special experience such as 1st 5K EVER, a birthday, a recovery, so keep us posted and share your experience so we can share it with others.  Times will be posted online after the race at www.727CanRace.com  Thanks for racing local and remember if you register and later realize you can't make it to the event, simply email us before the next 5K you can participate in (only with your Active.com receipt) and we'll send you the online transfer code. No excuse needed we know that things come up.  Now get those shoes laced up for the BLING OF YOUR MEDAL COLLECTION and we'll see you are Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater.

Event details and schedule

Race check in is race day only, Saturday, July 22, 2017,  beginning at 8 a.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings Clearwater. An email will be send to all registrants the day before the event so that you can access your event waiver and get the most updated instructions.  ONLY 285 participants are being admitted into this event because we always "Keep It Local In Experience" (but we love our travellers) so as the race grows we may split you into 2 "waves." This means those that trypically run a 5K in under 30 minutes start 5 minutes before the group that typically runs 30 minutes or longer (us normal people).  You'll get to make your own choice at race day check in just select the correct armband color when you pick up your race bib. Make fun of the Floria heat friends so we'll get this race started right at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at BWW Clearwater!
