Description
Fun new Charity 5K! The Memorial Day Volvik Veteran 5K. Run through the LPGA course and surrounding neighborhood as the tournament starts on the front nine. Saturday May 27th. Registration 0630, Start 0730. This is a new collaborative effort by the Student Veterans of multiple nearby schools to raise funds to help veterans in need across six counties. Come show your support.
Cost: $20 (all proceeds benefit Region 9 Veterans Community Action Team 501c3, helping 50,000 veterans in six surrounding counties)
Includes: Commemorative race bib, free VIP parking, water, chance to win several hundred dollars in prizes for top finishers. Free snack/lunch for vet/military (at the military hospitality tent if you stay around)
