Description
Lace up your sneakers and join Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation and the Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Foundation for Sunday RUNday at Mount Trashmore Park. The annual race event features the VBPRF 5K, Kids Fun Run and Family Fitness Run/Walk. Race highlights include free race photos, a 2017 race t-shirt and finisher medal - plus music and food trucks.

Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Foundation 5K | 7:30 am

This is a timed event. Register by July 2nd to guarantee your Sunday RUNday t-shirt! All finishers for the 5K will receive a Sunday RUNday medal.
 
Day-of registration (if space remains): $40; begins at 6 am at shelter 1
No refunds will be issued, as event runs rain or shine

Family Fitness Walk/Run – One Mile | 9:30 am

Join us as we celebrate family fitness and healthy lifestyles! This is an untimed event.
