• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Participants will be getting a continetal breakfast, amazing swag bags, T-shirt if they purchased before July 29th 7:30am, 5k or 10K.

Purchase your ticket before July 1st to be guaranteed a race shirt at the early bird price for $35. After July 1st the price will go out to $45 and there is no race shirt guarantee.

Shop for clothes after the race for FREE. Yes! Clothes will be free. 

Event details and schedule

Course will be alone the American River Bike Trail. Stroller are welcome. Dogs are not allowed during this event. Doors will open at 6:30 and warmup will happen at 7:15am. Race will start at 7:30am. Parking will be available behind the Mama Bootcamp Studio at 722 Sutter Street in Folsom, CA. Be sure to bring water with you. There will be no gear check as parking is close by. 

Packet pick up will be available on July 28th at Mama Bootcamp Studio Time will be announced on a later date. Packets will also be available for pick up on that day of the race starting at 6:30am.
