Hub City Days Duathlon

• KIDS Duathlon:- Run 1 Mile
• Hub City Days Duathlon:- Run 2 Miles, Bike 14 Miles, Run 2 Miles

 - The duathlon will consist of a 2-mile run, 14-mile bike ride and 2-mile (distances are approximate.) Participants may compete ad individuals or on a relay team with up to three individuals running or biking a leg of the race. UW-Marshfield/Wood County will serve as the starting line and the exchange point for each leg of the race. The race will be chip timed. 

• Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age/gender bracket and relay teams.
• Helmets are required during biking portion
• No headhphones allowed on the bike course
• No pets allowed

KIDS Duathlon

Ages 6-8: 1/4 mile run; 1.5 mile bike ride; 1/4 mile run

Ages 9-12: 1/2 mile run; 2.5 mile bike ride; 1/2 mile run

• Bike helmets are mandatory
• Each participant recieves a t-shirt
