The Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation is at it once again, running and walking for a great cause. Get yourself dressed in your most outrageous, fun and creative outfit and make it "Positively Pink".

Following the cancellation of last years 13th Annual Positively Pink 5K due to Hurricane Matthew we are looking to come back bigger and better than ever. This year marks the 14th Annual Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation Fun Run and we couldn't be more excited to invite everyone out to celebrate. The 5K course will take you along a flat road course, walkers and strollers are encouraged .

The Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation, an all volunteer non-profit organization, provides support for cancer patients and their families who live on Hatteras Island. Founded in December 2000, the group's primary goal is to raise fund to offer financial support for patients to help them pay for medical costs not reimbursed by insurance and to pay for travel expenses for themselves and their care givers to medical centers for cancer treatment.
