Event description:

Come light up the night with the Vicksburg Bands! Join us for the 3rd Annual Big Red Machine Glow Run 5K on September 16th!  Race begins at 7:30 pm on the Vicksburg Trail.  Parking is available at Bob's drive-in, historic village and the pavilion area. All proceeds benefit the Vicksburg Bands program. Registration fee includes short sleeve t-shirt and glow necklace. Additional glow accessories available for purchase at packet pick-up and late registration.

Registration Dates and Fees:

• Online Registration Closes on September 14, 2017 @ 11:59 pm.   Race Fees - $25.00
• Friday Early Packet Pickup and Late Registration - at Tanya's...the Girl Garage from 5:30 to 7:30 pm
• Race Day Registration Race Fees - $30.00  (T-Shirts cannot be guaranteed after September 3th)

Event Times:

• Friday Early Packet Pickup and Late Registration - at Tanya's...the Girl Garage from 5:30 to 7:30 pm
• Saturday Race Day Registration - at the Pavilion from 5:00 pm to 7:15 pm
• Saturday Packet Pick Up  - at the Pavilion (N Richardson St, Vicksburg) from 5:00 pm to 7:15 pm.
• Saturday Race Time - 7:30 pm

Awards and Age Categories:

• Age categories/awards: Overall (male and female) and 1st through 3rd (both male and female) for the following categories:  under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over

Tee Shirts:

Neon shirts with glow in the dark lettering - shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after September 3rd.

Timing and Scoring:

Timing and Scoring will be done by Mac's Sports Timing.  Go to www.macssportstiming.com for results immediately after the event.
