2016 Turkey Trot

Team Challenge Information

Teams:

· Teams must consist of four runners (no more and no less). This is a competitive challenge with the combined times of the four runners being the team’s time. The Team Challenge is open only to 5K runners and not for the 3K walkers.

Cost:

· Through November 18, 2016:

Team Challenge: $80.00 per team ($20.00 per person)

· November 19-24, 2016

Team Challenge: $100.00 per team ($25.00 per person)

Awards:

· Trophies will be given to each member of the top three teams in each category.

Team Challenge Categories:

Male Open: males, no age restriction.

Female Open: females, no age restriction.

Coed Open: teams must consist of two males and two females, no age restriction.

Corporate Open: any combination of male and female all age 18 years or older, must work at the same company.

High School Coed: teams must consist of two males and two females enrolled in high school on November 23, 2017.

Online Team Registration

Teams can register online without a discount code but they must register all four runners at the same time. There is a team category on the online registration website but they will have to register all four before a team becomes active. Teams can register online through November 22, 2017 but the cost goes up after November 17, 2017.

In Person Team Registration:

The four runners must register together, or a team representative may bring in the four entry forms together. The entire registration form must be filled out including Team Name (each team must have a team name associated with it).

Race Shirts:

First 1,400 registrants will receive a long-sleeved t-shirt shirt and a drawstring nylon bag. Shirt size will be guaranteed if registered by October 27, 2017.

Packet Pick-Up/Registration:

A designated person may pick up the packets for a team per a group of at least 10 participants at the team/group packet pick up table.
