Description
Women's Council of REALTORS Gwinnett is hosting the 8th annual HOOFIN' for HABITAT 5k Run/Walk to benefit Gwinnett Habitat for Humanity.
 
The race starts and finishes at Suwanee Town Center, 330 Town Center Avenue, Suwanee, GA 30024.  We are very excited at this course location - Course is a Peachtree Road Race Qualifer.
 
Advanced registration is only $30 per person, through August 24th, 2017 . You will get the official Hoofin' For Habitat T-shirt, which is sure to become a collectors item, worth perhaps thousands of dollars in the future. You can pre-order size by August 14th - after that date we will have limited quantities available for all who did not order by deadline.  Prices increase to: $35 (August 25th) and $40 day of race.

ARRIVAL

Early packet pickup will be Friday night 5-7 pm at Suwanee Town Center.

On-site registration the day of the event will begin at 6:30 am. ZUMBA Warmup provided by Janice Z - 5K will begin at 7:00 am.


AWARDS

Prizes will be awarded to 1st Place Male and Female for both Overall and Masters.

8 Age Groups for male and female: Top 3 for each of 8 Age Groups Awards as follows!

This 5K is a Peachtree Qualifier!  Race will be chip timed by Performance Race Services www.PerformanceRaceServices.com

The event will begin and end at Suwanee Town Center. The course will start on Town Center Avenue in front of City Hall, then turn right on Boston Common and follow the road down to the greenway connector. From the greenway connector the route will follow the Suwanee Creek Greenway to just past Annandale Lane where runners will u-turn at the fire hydrant. The route will follow the greenway back to the greenway connector, then up Portland, left on Suwanee Avenue and right on Charleston, finishing near City Hall.

This is a family friendly event! Strollers and dogs allowed at the back of the start.
