Rebel Run 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The students of W. W. Lewis Middle School invite you to join us in our 1st Rebel Run 5k to support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  All proceeds from our event will be used to purchase the no hair Truly Me American Girl dolls.  Our goal is to donate a minimum of 38 dolls to Texas Children's Hospital Cancer Center.  Texas Children's Hospital Cancer Center is the largest pediatric cancer and hematology center in the United States.  They provide individualized, state of the art medical treatment for patients from more than 25 states and 26 countries.

W. W. Lewis is centrally located in beautiful Sulphur, Louisiana. The course will take you through a neighborhood adjacent to the school, lined with beautiful shade trees.  W.W. Lewis Middle School supports over 900 students, grades 6-8.  Our Mission is to prepare all students for academic success and lifelong learning. 

Event details and schedule

Individuals/students will receive a race day t-shirt.  Groups are discounted the price of t-shirt; therefore, you will provide your own t-shirt.  Please make sure all t-shirt designs are appropriate for a school event.  Profane wording or images on shirts will be prohibited. 

All registration is nonrefundable.

Person to Person transfer deadline is September 7th, 2017.  Transfers must be completed online and before the deadline to qualify.

Parking

Enter parking lot off of Beglis Parkway. Parking will be the East of Auditorium, back gymnasium on the East side of the school, as well as back football parking lot.  Additional Parking at The Gathering (old Krogers) north of school if needed. Front Parking lot @ Cypress St. will be closed for Race preparations. 

The race will start promptly at 7:30 am- Please make all necessary arrangements. Restrooms will be located in Auditorium
